What’s Included?

  • Private Small-Group Meditation Sessions: Guided in-person experiences designed for friends, families, or communities seeking a more meaningful and supportive meditation practice together.

  • Guided Meditation Practices: Learn simple and approachable meditation techniques that can be integrated into your everyday life both during and beyond the sessions.

  • Welcoming for All Experience Levels: No previous meditation experience is required. These sessions are designed to feel accessible, grounded, and supportive for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

  • Small Group Meditation Experience
    - $50 per person, per class
    - Minimum of 5 participants per class
    - Minimum booking of 3 sessions
