I'm a Well-Being and Positive Psychology Coach, an NBC-HWC Board Certified Health Coach, and certified in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health.
I've worked in human potential for over 15 years, through international development, philanthropy, and talent management, before becoming a "Coach".
I'm the founder of The Bliss Well, where I use coaching and science-backed programs to help people develop the skills, actions, stress management tools, and mental discipline to create lives of more happiness, balance, and fulfillment.
